New Home Selection:

Begin your journey by meeting with your dedicated New Home Advisor at our Display Home.

Take a walkthrough of the display home to see our quality inclusions and build standards.

Choose a floor plan from our selected or custom range. Your New Home Advisor will provide detailed pricing for your chosen design and facade.

Secure your base price, available promotions/offers, and reserve a preferred site start allocation
month by paying the preliminary work fee:
● $4000 for Single Story homes
● $5000 for Double Story homes

Paperwork and Design Review

Duration: 10 Business Days (From Stage 2 to Stage 3)

Review preliminary drawings provided by the Satluj Homes SA Drafting team.

Receive up to 3 revisions included to finalize your home design at no additional cost.

Complete all required sales paperwork within 10 business days after paying the
preliminary works fee.

Please Note: Complete change of the floor plan at this stage will occur at an additional
cost of $1000 administrative fee.

Approved Preliminary Agreement

Duration: 5 Business Days (From Stage 3 to Stage 4)

Review final pricing and drawings with your New Home Advisor.

Upon acceptance, please pay 3% of the total pricing, inclusive of the initial preliminary work fee, to complete the agreement.

Payment due within 3 business days of signing.

Soil survey test, feature survey, and property information services were ordered.

Your colour selection appointment will be booked based on your land settlement.

Please Note: No further structural changes are accepted after this stage.

Colour Selection Appointment

  • Receive an intro call from your Customer Service Officer.
  • Attend the appointment at the nominated Color Selection Gallery.
  • Bring approved preliminary agreement, final floor plan, and pricing.
  • Finalise color selection on the day or within 48 hours.
  • Attendance is crucial; rescheduling may delay by 5-6 weeks.

Contract Signing

  • Scheduled 5 business days post-color selection appointment.
  • Review and sign the HIA Building Contract, final drawings, and colour selections.
  • Pay the balance of 5% within 3 business days of signing.
  • Builders insurance, preliminary documentation applied for.

New Home Selection:

  • Provide evidence of land ownership and unconditional loan approvals.
  • Pre-site Manager lodges plans for developer approvals and building permits.
  • Site work commences within 10 business days of receiving the building permit.
  • Receive site communication and build progress updates via BUILDERTREND app.
