Choose from our curated range of floor plans or customize one to suit your needs. Your New Home Advisor will then provide a detailed pricing breakdown for your selected design and facade.
Lock in your base price, access current promotions/offers, and reserve your preferred site start month by paying the preliminary work fee:

Duration: 10 Business Days (From Stage 2 to Stage 3)
Review the preliminary drawings prepared by the Satluj Homes SA Drafting team.
Up to 3 revisions are included to help finalize your home design, at no extra charge.
Complete all necessary sales paperwork within 10 business days of paying the preliminary works fee.
A complete floor plan change at this stage will incur an additional administrative fee of $1,000.

Duration: 10 5 Business Days (From Stage 3 to Stage 4)
Review the final pricing and drawings with your New Home Advisor.
Upon acceptance, pay 3% of the total price (inclusive of the initial preliminary work fee) within 3 business days of signing.
Soil survey, feature survey, and property information services are ordered at this stage.
Your colour selection appointment will be scheduled based on your land settlement timeline.
No further structural changes can be made after this stage.

Your Customer Service Officer will reach out to introduce themselves.
Attend your colour selection appointment at the designated Colour Selection Gallery.
Bring your approved preliminary agreement, final floor plan, and pricing details.
Finalize your colour choices on the day or within 48 hours.
Attendance is essential; rescheduling may result in a delay of 5-6 weeks.

Scheduled 5 business days after your colour selection appointment.
Go over and sign the HIA Building Contract, final drawings, and confirmed colour selections.
Pay the remaining 5% balance within 3 business days of signing.
Builders insurance and preliminary documentation will be processed following contract signing.

Submit proof of land ownership and unconditional loan approvals.
The Pre-Site Manager will submit plans for developer approvals and building permits.
Site work begins within 10 business days of receiving the building permit.
